LEAVE NO STONE UN-TURNED..FORGIVE..

The weekend was emotional for a large portion of the country at the loss of Michael Jackson..
I am encouraged this morning as a result to talk about how important it is not to take time for granted.. Some times we need to just let go via the act of forgivness.

There comes a time in life when we all experience disappointment, sadness or are just outright wronged by a situation or another human being. When we ourselves are the wrong doer. At the end of the day we are all human and no one is without flaw. We all make mistakes.

"LET HE WHOM IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE..."

Perhaps their is a circumstance or a person that has wronged us or that we ourselves have wronged. Holding on to anger about it can only infuse long term internal and external pain. It strips us of an ability to trust another situation or person. We find ourselves on the look out, expecting that the next experience will bring about the same disappointing result. Therefore we approach something new with an attitude based on that previous experience.

What happens is the energy that is used to be angry is eating away at your heart and attitude and causing stress to your body. Although you may not realize it. Secondly you may be hurting someone who does not deserve it because they were not a part of building this anger, hurt or disappointment that dwells within you.

If you think about it-

It really is not fair no matter who is getting the brunt. Be good to yourself and others. When most people mess up they feel bad enough. You don't need an apology to excersise forgiveness.

Forgiving is for you more so than the other person.

Let's say that you feel that your company as a whole has wronged you. Your feelings may be that "after 10 years of dedication to your job" they are laying you off with only 2 weeks notice.. "how can they do this to me" your thinking.. Does not seem fair does it? Is your forgiveness going to matter to your former business? Not really.. It's indeed a business. Your forgiveness of the act of laying you off will better you and reposition you.

It will set the tone of your attitude to get out there and find a new position.. Perhaps if you let go of being upset about it, you will find a dormant spark to start your own business... The point I make is that holding on can only hinder you...

Remember that if you choose, you can choose to lose... You can also choose to move forward and get on to the next thing therefore you've chosen a winning attitude.
A closed door just means that a season has come to an end and an opportunity for newness has arrived.
Embrace all the opportunities in your life because you never know what seed your soul may be sewing. If you live and forgive today you will never regret yesterday...

Life is a precious gift don't waste it on anger spend it on love.

Be kind despite what it looks like.. It does not make you weak.. It really builds character.. Most of all you feel good knowing that if it were your last day on earth you've left no stone un-turned.
Forgive thine neighbor today... tomorrow may be too late-

May God Bless you and keep you this day and Always...

Purpose

When you know that you have been called to do something
as everything around you is confirming it, what will you do?
Will you act or avoid?
Perhaps you are no longer happy in your career or your relationship seems to be unresolvably troubled. On top of it all your finances look like scrambled eggs...
What do you do?
These can be signs that God is speaking to you about your life.

It's your season. Time to pursue your hearts desire. Only you know what that is...

The truth is that God is always speaking to us beckoning us to act on our internal gifts. We are all called to earth at the time that we are supposed to be. Existing in order to complete something that only we ourselve can.
God knows the plans that he has for our lives and they are good.

To the wonderers... "wonder what my purpose is? " Does this not sound familiar? Have you ever asked yourself this question? Most have at least once in their lives.

Some people have obtained several degrees, are 40 plus years oldand still asking the same question of their yesterday. "What is my purpose?"
Understand that life is not a game... We are all created in the image and likeness of the Almighty God (For the BELIEVERS). We are powerful, capable and provided everything that we need to be successful in life.

The problem is FEAR...
Many know deep within what they are passionate about and what their talents are. Yet the thought of pusuit is easily encaptured by the compounding of fear. Fear of the unknown and fear of success. "Who would be afraid of success"you might ask..
The answer is simple.. With success comes responsibility. Whom is afraid of responsibility? Most everyone.

To whom much is given much is required. Now does it make sense?

Procrastination exist as a result of being afraid. If one fears that they may not be successful and will be required to uphold the responsibilities of success, they may delay that in which they are being called to do.
Yet the bible tells us... DO NOT CONSIDER YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. Do not be fearful. Some fear they don't have enough education or intellegence to go after what they desire. Some can't find the money in their budget to start a business idea because they keep staring at their problems in sight asking themselves; "how can I start a business when there's barely enoughf to make ends meet." Fearing the unknown...

Just imagine if you just stepped out on faith. What would it feel like? My favorite bible verse (KJV) reads; Now faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen. Hebrews 11:1.
This one sentence is the most powerful guarantee of our success. It is telling us so much in one profound statement. The first word.. NOW not later, FAITH not fear, IS (guarantee) the SUBSTANCE (meat and potato's) of things HOPED (dreams and visions) and EVIDENCE (proof) of things unseen.
In the bible it describes that God finished everything before he started it. He did not plan nor consider. He simply created what was in his mind. This tells me that He had a vision and he acted upon it.

We also know that fear is not a spirit thatGod gives us. So why do we hold onto it?
Is God not extremely powerful? He created the universe. That is pretty impressive. Neither you nor I can duplicate it. Neither you nor I can give each other purpose and vision. It is God that gives us these.

It is up to you to utilize that in which you've been given. I have a saying "never blame anyone for not knowing your name, it is your job to make sure that they do. " (Najai)

If everything around you seems to be going wrong then it is time to reach inside and pull up your dream. Youwill recognize purpose because it will not leave you alone until it is complete. This is your divine message that you must answer. You can do it... Do not consider your circumstances. Step out on faith because faith is the key that unlocks God's promise for a life of abundance.
Not just a life..

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

What is the meaning of family? Some think that is all the people that you are related to. This is just one very basic meaning. Family can also be those unrelated.
What really makes family is the love, empathy and compassion of those that we have in our lives. I have seen people who were not born unto the same bloodline make a family unit. The beauty in it is that sometimes it's more refreshing and empowering than what we find in relationships with people that we are actually related to.

Often times one may be saddened by the lack of closeness amongst relatives. Why does this happen? Why do families find themselves torn apart and dehydrated of love the way they need it from one another? The answer lacks simplicity.. There are a myriad of answers.

In a perfect world one would all rather be close to those that they are born unto. However, stubborness or unwillingness to forgive rob us. As we go thru life we meet people that seem to be closer to us than our very own.
Perhaps they have provided necessary nourishment that not provided by our own families. When you find a connection with another person in essence a void is filled. The decision to accept this person as a seregate is made easy because it is replacing what is missing.

If you yourself find that life has dealt you a "strange hand" when it comes to relatives, the first thing to do is to look within. Everything starts with you.
Understand that there can be no healing without the act of internal construction. We all have a responsibility to look at how we ourselves are presenting to the people in our world and the world around us.
A good look in te mirror is never a bad idea.

Perception plays a huge role in what we get out of our relationships. Sometimes it is not the other person. Sometimes it is our own interpretation.
Once that honest self-inventory is taken the benefit is, that at the end of self review lies an option to choose.
The choice to accept people and things for who and what they are and not what they appear to be.
One of my favorite prayers is this:

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the Courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to know the difference.

This prayer just brings it all home. Some things are as they seem... irreprable..
However we MUST go on.. We must continue to live and we must continue to be a good person.
I have seen the result of unresolved issues displayed in a lifestyle of anger-

Anger destroys the person that has not accepted that, they cannot change another. It can even further hurt the other person.
Wisdom may be used to change ones own attitude and response to a situation, however...Staying angry is like having on a winter coat 365 days a year. It is heavy.
The good thing is that yes, you can hang that coat in the closet whenever you are are tired of wearing it.
It sounds easy and it is.. Pain, hurt, anger, jealousy, disappointment are mere items that we pick up and carry around. They weigh us down because we won't put them down.
It really is all up to you to decide not to keep these soul sucking emotions on like a warm winter coat. We all know that having on a coat for all four seasons will make us warm and eventually too hot! So take it off. The same holds true for for the things that hurt us. Take them off!

I challenge you today to show love to someone who seems to dislike you. Say something kind to someone who tries to demean you. Do something nice for someone who mistreats you and be consistant in your actions no matter how they re-act.
They may or may not change but do it anyway.

Remember.. I said that everything starts with you? It also ends with you.

You will be rewarded with freedom from all the negative energy that you used to put into being upset by the challenge. You will begin to feel happier as a person and most of all, others will begin to see that you are unaffected by the negative and INFECTING WITH POSITIVITY. Since making this choice for myself I can view the world, family and all people thru different eyes, the eyes of my chosen attitude. My life has been forever changed. I choose this attitude daily. I choose to be kind, happy, friendly, joyous and the result is that I am free! The overall result is a more enriched and meaningful life...
I wish the same for all of you... It is within your power. Just choose-

Today is an OPPORTUNITY to begin life anew with a changed attitude!

God Bless you,

Najai

Prayer

I am
praying for emergence
of a sculptured past
to come to term
praying for world happiness
newness of time
For love for life
for strengthened bonds
and family ties
Praying I am

while lying down pains and cries
Retiring lies that tore my soul
A warmth minus ten
in the midst of a winters cold
Praying for healing of past beginnings
winnings of a new found melody
This new beginning yet destiny
shadowed by joy..
Praying I am

A baskest of seed size beliefs
Brief of faith
amongst fields of tribulation
moving beyond that place within
the sweetest elation
Rememberance of a time when
eves and days were equal in there tone of peace
praying I am

pray.. I will...
Never stop praying

Prayer-
sailboat accross an ocean too wide
A Sea too shallow
merge into rivers too narrow
Prayer makes flexible
what seems impossible to bend
broadens what appears to be shortened
Miraculously an unexpected change
Sameness is difference
immesurable oneness
up against many
Praying I am

Prayer holds it's own power
and eternal guarantee
prayer forever unparallel
and incomprable
to any other thing
